How often does my data refresh in EDEE?

New accounts and campaigns created in the native platforms are automatically imported to EDEE every 4 hours.

Data metrics, such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, spend etc. refresh automatically hourly.

Any updates made to campaigns in EDEE happen in real time in the native platform.

If there is a more urgent need to sync new accounts or campaigns to EDEE, please use the ‘Refresh Data Source’ option.

This is found by selecting ‘Data Sources’ on the left hand menu and then pressing the green refresh icon next to the relevant data source.

NOTE - this can only be done once every 30 minutes for each data source.
